Sir James Dunn Theatre, Halifax, Canada
An evening of improvised acts by commedia dell’arte performers freely roaming on an empty stage. The painted floor is inspired by textures found in old Venetian buildings; with the help of lighting, the floor turns three-dimensional, and the perspective lines create an illusion of a space deeper than the actual stage.
